Milan, 17 December 2021 – Intesa Sanpaolo Vita (ISV) informs that the international rating agency Fitch changed the Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) rating to ‘BBB+’ from ‘BBB’ and the Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to ‘BBB’ from ‘BBB-‘, with a stable outlook.
The change of the rating reflects the upgrade of the parent company Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., as published by Fitch Rating today.
The rating agency also increased the subordinated debt rating to BB+ from BB.
