We take care of the future by protecting what matters today. Our concept of sustainability combines a commitment to the environmental transition with a focus on the communities in which we operate: two challenges that call for responsibility, innovation and collaboration. We do this through concrete initiatives designed to support the real economy and the regions in which we work.
For people
Social commitment is fundamental to the way we do business. We ensure that this translates into real action, by implementing projects that are focused on inclusion and new opportunities, supported through donations, sponsorships and partnerships. Because caring for the most vulnerable among us is the only way to move forward and grow, together.
For the environment
The increasing frequency of abnormal weather events is generating huge economic and social losses, making the development of new technologies, business models and clean energy sources increasingly urgent. In this scenario, our commitment also translates into initiatives designed to make a concrete contribution to the real economy and to the dissemination of innovative solutions that support the environmental transition, enabling young companies to realise their dreams.
In Action Esg NEET: training, work, future
Launched in 2022, the initiative is supported by Dynamo Academy and local training organisations, and offers pathways into the caring professions for young men and women in difficult situations, creating opportunities for them to re-enter the world of work. As at 30 June 2025: 13 classes, 225 participants, 48% started work or studies. New courses already running: the road to inclusion continues.
Social projects with organisations and associations
Every year, Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni chooses to support those who work on the front line with the most vulnerable. How? We take a concrete approach, providing tangible support to projects conceived by organisations operating in the local region, which are capable of intercepting real needs. Thanks to a series of generous donations, a number of partnerships have been launched with associations and foundations such as Fondazione Piazza dei Mestieri, Telefono Donna Italia ODV (“Donne al Centro” project), City Angels Lombardia ODV.
