Intesa Sanpaolo Vita: Fitch affirms long-term rating and rating of subordinated debt and improves outlook to stable from negative

Milan, May 16th 2014 – Intesa Sanpaolo Vita communicates that Fitch has affirmed the 'BBB+' long-term rating of the Company. The outlook has been improved to stable from negative.

The agency has also affirmed the 'BBB' rating for the Company's subordinated debt.

This reflects a similar action on the rating of the parent company Intesa Sanpaolo, announced by Fitch on May 13th 2014, and the outlook improvement on Italy's sovereign rating to stable from negative.
