Reference is made to the shareholder information notice published on 14 November 2025 in which the shareholding structure of Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni S.p.A. was updated.
We inform you that, following the purchase by the majority shareholder Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. of a further 3,106 shares of the Company held by the minority shareholders, the Aggregate Shares – amounting to 39,515 as at 14 November 2025 – have fallen again to 35,633. The updated shareholding structure as at 21 November 2025 is as follows:
