New company name and registered office of Intesa Sanpaolo Vita S.p.A.

Effective 1 December 2024, Intesa Sanpaolo Vita S.p.A. changed its name to Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni S.p.A. and transferred its registered office to Via San Francesco d'Assisi, 10 - 10122 Turin.
Accordingly, our branch office Intesa Sanpaolo Vita Dublin Branch has been renamed Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni Dublin Branch.
Moreover, as of the same date, the Intesa Sanpaolo Vita Insurance Group also changed its name to Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni Group.
These changes do not entail any modification of the insurance and pension contracts in force with the Company, and the manner in which they are managed remains unchanged.
