Merger by incorporation of Intesa Sanpaolo Life

Following the completion of the authorization process with the Irish and Italian Supervisory Authorities on 1 December 2023, the merger by incorporation and simultaneous transfer of the portfolio of Intesa Sanpaolo Life DAC into Intesa Sanpaolo Vita SpA became effective.
As a result of this transaction, the Italian company will maintain a significant international presence through its own secondary office in the Irish capital called Intesa Sanpaolo Vita Dublin Branch, specialized in the management of Unit Linked policies.
The merger has not had any impact on the contractual benefits recognized to customers, who will continue to benefit from the rights deriving from the contracts signed without any limitation and, furthermore, the distributor's references will not change.
