Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni: Fitch Ratings upgrades the Insurer’s Ratings

Milan, September 26th, 2025 – Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni communicates that Fitch Rating has revised the ratings assigned to Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni S.p.A. Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) to 'A' from 'BBB+' and its Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to 'A-' from 'BBB'. The outlook is stable.

This follows a similar action on the parent company Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.’s ratings, announced on September 25th.

The ratings on subordinated debt have been upgraded to BBB from BB+.
