Fitch Ratings Revises Outlook From Stable To Positive And Affirms Ratings

Milan, November 4th, 2024 – Intesa Sanpaolo Vita communicates that Fitch Rating has revised the outlook from stable to positive and confirmed the Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) rating at ‘BBB+’ and the Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at ‘BBB’.

This follows a similar action on the parent company Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.’s outlook, announced on October 31st.

The rating on subordinated debt have been confirmed at BB+.
