Intesa Sanpaolo Vita: Fitch Ratings Improves The IFS Rating Of The Company On The Change Of Metodological Criteria

Milan, 30 May 2019 – Intesa Sanpaolo Vita informs that the international Fitch agency changed the Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) rating to ‘BBB+’ from ‘BBB’ with a negative outlook and affirmed the Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) rating at ‘BBB’ with negative outlook.
The Perpetual subordinated debt rating was affirmed at BB +.
The review was carried out following the implementation of new methodological criteria for the ratings applied by Fitch to Italian Insurance Groups.
