Intesa Sanpaolo Vita: Fitch Affirms Ratings And Revises The Outlook From Stable To Negative

Milan, 6 September 2018 – Intesa Sanpaolo Vita communicates that rating agency Fitch has affirmed the ‘BBB’ Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) rating and the ‘BBB’ Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR). The Outlook has been revised from stable to negative.
This action follows the revision of Italy’s outlook announced by Fitch on 31 August 2018 and subsequent revision on the Parent Company Intesa Sanpaolo announced on 5 September 2018.
