Milan , September 24, 2015 – Intesa Sanpaolo Vita convened its Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for 3 November 2015, with the proposal of distributing part of the other reserves in shareholders' equity to EUR 0.69 for each of the 655,157.496 shares, for a total amount of EUR 452,058,672.20.
