Intesa Sanpaolo Vita: Fitch Assigns The Rating Insurer Financial Strenght (Ifs) And Affirms The Long Term Rating And Subordinated Debt Rating

Milan, 11th August 2015 – Intesa Sanpaolo Vita communicates that Fitch has assigned the Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) rating of ‘BBB+’ and has affirmed the Long-term Rating at ‘BBB+’. The outlooks are stable. Fitch has also affirmed Intesa Sanpaolo Vita's dated subordinated notes and perpetual subordinated (first call 2024) at ‘BBB’ and ‘BBB-’, respectively.
