Please refer to the information for shareholders published on 21 November 2025, which highlights the update of the shareholding structure of Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni S.p.A.
Please be advised that, following the purchase by the controlling shareholder Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. of a further 8,297 shares of the Company held by minority shareholders, the Aggregate Shares - equal to 35,633 as of 21 November 2025 - have further reduced to 27,336 and the updated composition of the shareholder base as of 17 December 2025 is as follows:
